MK SPACE, an alternative exhibition space located within the MinKwon Center in New Jersey, is thrilled to announce the solo exhibition "It's Me" by MinSun Park, running from March 14 to May 31, 2025.

​

This exhibition showcases works inspired by the Helleborus flower, a symbol of resilience and vitality, interwoven with the artist’s personal narratives. Also known as the "Winter Rose," the Helleborus blooms even in the harshest cold, symbolizing hope, perseverance, healing, and rebirth. Through this powerful floral motif, Park reflects on her past experiences and contemplates the future with profound introspection.

 

The artist describes this exhibition as part of her ongoing journey to rediscover herself, stating, "I am immersing myself in my work once again as a means of self-exploration." She hopes her art conveys a sense of healing and hope, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.

뉴저지 민권센터내에 위치한 대안 전시 공간인 MK SPACE에서  3월 14일부터 5월 31일까지 박민선 작가의 초대 개인전 "It's Me" 을 개최한다.

​

이번 전시는 강인한 생명력을 지닌 꽃, 헬레보루스를 모티브로 작가의 개인적 이야기를 담아낸 작품들을 선보인다. ‘겨울 장미’라고도 불리는 헬레보루스는 혹독한 추위 속에서도 땅을 뚫고 피어나는 꽃으로, 희망과 인내, 치유와 부활의 의미를 지닌다. 박민선 작가는 이 강한 생명력을 지닌 꽃을 통해 자신의 지나온 삶을 되돌아보고, 다가올 미래에 대한 깊은 성찰을 담아냈다. 작가는 이번 전시를 "나를 찾기 위한 작업의 일환으로 다시금 작품에 몰두하고 있다”고 밝히며, 작품을 통해 회복과 희망의 예술적 아름다움이 관객들에게 깊은 울림을 전하길 기대한다.

 

본 전시는 사전 예약제로 운영되며, 4월 22일 저녁 6시부터 8시까지 리셉션이 진행될 예정이다. 많은 관심과 방문을 바란다.
